The Heart Path Oracle Cards
Ideal for beginners and experienced readers alike, this 2nd edition of Nadine Gordon-Taylor’s gorgeously illustrated and intuitive 53-card oracle deck is both easy and enjoyable to use. As a nature lover, I was overjoyed to find such beautiful drawings of ethereal wild animals and plants combined with celestial bodies, so much so that prior to using them for the first time I enjoyed looking through the entire deck while contemplating displaying them around the house.
While I personally found the card size slightly large for shuffling easily, the artwork and format are clear and excellent quality. The deck pairs with a fully-illustrated guidebook which provides a detailed message for each card and an accompanying affirmation which you may adopt into your spiritual practise – I found the mantras to be a particularly useful addition to provide a focus for my new moon manifestation meditations. The cards and guidebook are presented in a sturdy magnetic presentation box for safe keeping when not in use.
Within the guidebook, the author offers different ways in which you can use the deck (useful for a first-time user such as myself), while assuring you that there are no right or wrong methods for reading the cards. Whichever card you pull provides a message of love and positive spiritual guidance, therefore with each use I look forward to a reassuring and uplifting reading (without fear of turning over any ‘dark’ cards!).
The Heart Path Oracle Cards offer a great deck for introspection and channelling more love within oneself; I would particularly recommend this oracle set to anyone interested in animal symbolism within the realms of spiritual health.
