The Book of Destiny
The Book of Destiny is a divination tool, a portable ‘oracle’ with 111 images corresponding to common sayings with their meaning, a focus word, an image and a message for the reader.
To use the book you can simply place your hands on the book covers, ask your question and open the book to a page. The advantage to using a book as an oracle is that alongside the image there is, obviously, more space for the detail of the message.
I’ve given the book a couple of tries, once yesterday and once today and both times got ‘The Unicorn. Magical’ – reading the given message it seems to be time to take a break from reviewing books, go and play and take a break in nature. So I think an afternoon off is in order!
If you like oracles The Book of Destiny would be a very useful tool to start off, or add to, your collection.
